Agents consistently ask how Solid Source keeps fees so low. The answer is that Solid Source is a volume business. We close from 500 to 1000 transactions per month and Solid Source has never taken out a business loan so we do not have to come back to our agents for higher fees, even in a slow market. There are non-competing, full-time brokers available to help you as the need arises. We offer an average of 20 training classes per month free of charge (at least five have free CE!). As an independent contractor, it is nice to feel comfortable marketing YOURSELF with a brokerage that supports this philosophy with customizable marketing materials and corporate strategic alliances that you can profit from individually. Your fee is
$68/month on the Gold Plan and $323/month on the Platinum Plan. This
fee includes FMLS and GAMLS access, phone
extension from our office number that routes to your cell phone and an @solidsourcerealty.com email account. This monthly
fee will be automatically debited from your checking account free of
charge, or you may pay with credit card for a processing fee. You may also pay in advance
yearly; however, if you leave Solid Source for any reason, your dues paid
in advance will be refunded for the period following a 30 day notice of
departure. There is no time commitment in our Independent
Contractor Agreement. We want agents here because you want to be
here – not because you are trapped in a contract. We believe the key to serving
our agents is maintaining an
attitude of gratitude and keeping you equipped with the latest
technology, marketing tools and education!
GOLD PLAN: Monthly
dues of $68 plus $300 per closed residential sales transaction plus FMLS (.0012
of the purchase price). The transaction fee for a lease or referral to another
firm (i.e. in another state) is $100. Never pay more than $12,000 per
calendar year in transaction fees.

PLATINUM PLAN:
Monthly dues of $323 plus $40 per closed residential sales transaction plus FMLS (.0012 of the purchase price). The transaction fee for a lease or referral to another firm (i.e. in another state) is $100. Never pay more than $12,000 per calendar year in transaction fees. This plan is GREAT if you close more than one transaction per month and can be used to benefit teams since one agent can be on this plan and the other team members can be on the Gold Plan, maintaining low monthly fees.

Why should TEAMS consider joining Solid Source?
Most of the teams at Solid Source choose one team member to be on the
Platinum Plan at $323/month and $40/closed transaction. The rest of the team
members are on the Gold Plan at only $68/month and $300/closed transaction! This
is a tremendous savings through each year meaning more advertising
dollars available to promote your team!

NEW AGENT PLAN:
Newly Licensed? Congratulations! You’re invited to join Solid Source under the New Agent Plan. In this model, the agent pays $68 monthly dues and is on a 70% - 30% (Agent \ Solid Source) split for the first 3 transactions. After that, you can choose between the Gold or Platinum plans above. You must have 3 closed transactions within the last 3 years in order to be eligible for the Gold or Platinum plan. The transaction fee for a lease or referral to another firm (i.e. in another state) is $100. Never pay more than $12,000 per calendar year in transaction fees.

COMMERCIAL:
Enjoy the benefit of having legal support from
Morris|Hardwick|Schneider, the largest and most prestigious real
estate law firm in Georgia! This is HUGE! The commercial
split on commission is 95/5 for commercial transactions and the
annual cap is $12,000 total, which includes any fees paid on
residential transactions. There is NO FRANCHISE FEE!! CoStar Commercial Listing
Service is available for a fee.
Enjoy the benefit of having the largest residential affiliate base in
the state of Georgia referring commercial leads to you! Most of our commercial
agents pay a 20-30% referral to residential agents. If this

Board or No Board – you choose!
Solid Source Realty is a member of 14 REALTOR® Boards. Solid Source Realty GA is a non-board member company. Fees and benefits are the same at both companies, so you are free to choose which company best suits your needs. If these offices are not convenient for you, please keep in mind that you are never required to come in. All transactions can transpire via fax or regular mail. The Solid Source Transaction Management System (TMS) allows you to see every piece of paperwork you turn in ONLINE for three years in your electronic office file. You can literally manage every transaction from any computer with internet connection! Get your commission payable to YOU at the closing table from any Solid Source Network Attorney! If your attorney is not on the list, we will be glad to add the office if they meet a minimum criteria. If the closing is at another attorney’s office (outside the Pay At Close Attorney Network), your check will be direct deposited into your checking account, mailed to you or available for pick up the day after the closing check is received. There are over 200 locations where the attorney will write your check to you at closing and give you a separate check to mail in to Solid Source for the transaction and FMLS fees, if applicable.
Morris|Hardwick|Schneider has partnered with Solid Source Realty as our corporate attorney firm. This is the largest real estate closing firm in the Southeast and it is a privilege to market to our clients that we can offer this type of support through the sale or purchase of a home! There are over 40 attorneys that have a two hour phone and email response time to Solid Source agents. This is a blessing during a transaction issue!
